Hotel harrington9/27/2023 The Harrington Hotel is a five-story, red brick building located on a corner lot. Threatened with demolition, the hotel was converted into the "Harrington Inn," an assisted living center for seniors. By the early 1980s, half the rooms were being rented on a weekly or monthly basis. However, the hotel experienced financial difficulties in the 1950s and into the 1960s. Firestone Jr., Edsel Ford, and Father Edward J. IN 1940, the movie Young Tom Edison premiered in Port Huron, and a number of famous guests stayed at the Harrington, including Mickey Rooney, Louis B. The Harrington Hotel, also known as the Harrington Inn, is a hotel located at 1026 Military Street in Port Huron, Michigan.
